Located on an inland canal in Grand Cayman Island is the new 27-unit Nautica luxury condo development. The project was thoughtfully designed to showcase views of the channel and exclusive marina, with private rooftop amenities offering panoramic views of both the western and eastern shorelines. The development features a mix of 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom luxury suites.

The project has been submitted for planning approval, and is expected to receive approval mid-June. Construction is anticipated to commence early 2024, with completion targeted for Q2 of 2025.
