The University is moving several faculties to initiate a new campus within the existing urban fabric of downtown Windsor. Each of the projects in the selected downtown locations is part of an overall commitment by the University to participate and be a vibrant partner in the revitalization of the downtown core. Several projects are incorporated in the downtown site; the School of Social Work and Centre for Executive and Professional Education, located in the existing Windsor Star buildings; the School of Creative Arts, located in the existing Armouries and TBQ sites; and an additional facility at the currently abandoned art deco Bus Depot site.
